Travelstride works with thousands of local and global tour operators who also care deeply about how climate change threatens unique travel destinations. Their guided trips can make a positive impact in many ways - from reducing the number of vehicles on the road to ensuring sustainable behavior at delicate locations.

We all love to travel, and love the planet too. And we believe the two can support each other. So we’ve selected 10 destinations critically impacted by climate change that should be appreciated and protected NOW, before they drastically change or disappear. Will you visit and support them?

We believe in action. And that its critical to steward our precious planet so that its wonders are preserved for future generations of travelers.
That’s why for every eligible trip that you reserve, Travelstride will donate 10% of our net revenue to organizations that help mitigate climate change in these destinations and across the world, starting with the Arbor Day Foundation, which is working globally to replant trees and offset the effects of carbon emissions.

This won't make my trip more expensive, right?
Correct! You pay the same low price. And as a Travelstride member (it's free), you will be eligible to get an additional rebate. Travelstride donates 10% of its revenue which is paid by the trip operator, not the traveler.
Do I need to give any special information?
Nope! If you're a Travelstride Member, just select “Enroll” or “Opt-In”. If you're not yet a member, it’s free join- just provide an email and password or connect your Facebook or Google account so we know you’re a real human and can track your trip.
Does encouraging travel around the world do more harm than good?
That's a great question and we're glad you’re thinking about it. In short, no. We believe that responsible travel is part of the solution. Protecting the planet is complex and will take a long time and a lot of coordinated effort. Strengthening people’s purpose and appreciation of the planet through travel will help us to make the right decisions and devise creative solutions for the long term.

- Can be used with any eligible trip you book within 12 months of enrolling. User can re-enroll at any time. Travelstride will donate 10% of its net revenue.
