The total tour cost includes the tour price (regular or promotional) and the compulsory local payment. The promotional price is subject to change. Check directly with the operator for the latest price offer. The tour operator requires you to pay only the tour price to purchase your travel. The compulsory local payment will be paid when you join the trip. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. Discounts can only be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added at a later date, regardless of any changes made to the original booking.

Accommodation
Of course we regret any cancellations and our cancellation policy is as flexible and understanding as possible. Many of our trip costs are incurred well in advance of trip departures and other travellers may have been turned away because the trip is full. All cancellations must be received at our office in writing and refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:
Regular Season Departures: (Nov 1 to Dec 14 & Jan 2 to May 31 each year)
60 days + prior to departure will be deposit retained as an administration fee.
41-60 days prior to departure is 70% refund
21-40 days prior to departure will be 35% refund
0-20 days prior to departure is the full amount is retained
3 Breakfasts, 3 Lunches and 3 Dinners
Travel Notes:
- For travelers who will be leaving Belize on Day 7, international connections out of the country require a departure after 3:00 pm. To connect with Sunday afternoon departures from Belize a short domestic flight is required.
- This flight is from Dangriga to the Belize International Airport. Our office can confirm pricing and book your domestic flight. For guests who would like to spend an extra night in Belize we offer a Flight & Hotel Package.
- This itinerary is a ‘guide’ and must remain flexible and open to changes at the trip leaders’ discretion. We hope you bring a spirit of adventure with you, we cannot direct the winds but we can adjust our sails.
