Day 2: Plymouth, Massachusetts to Cape Cod, Massachusetts

Plymouth was the site of the landing of the Pilgrims on Plymouth Rock in 1620. Lots of American lore comes from this place, including Pocahontas, John Smith, the first Thanksgiving and more. Take a step back in time at the recreated Plymouth Plantation, complete with ...

Day 3: Cape Cod, Massachusetts

Explore the stunning Cape Cod, where just a narrow strip of sandy land separates the serene bay from the open surf from the Atlantic. Cape Cod has long been a favourite vacation destination, so there are plenty of opportunities for evening entertainment, from spectacular seafood restaurants to drive-in cinemas to busy nightclubs.

Day 4: Cape Cod, Massachusetts to Newport, Rhode Island

Newport was home to the rich and famous during the 1800s, something that left the area speckled with spectacular coastal mansions. Over a dozen of the mansions are now available to tour, giving you insight into a unique aspect of American life.

Day 5: Newport Beach, Rhode Island to Old Orchard Beach, Maine

Today’s 4-hour drive (our longest one) will take you to four different states. Snake your way through Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire  before arriving in Maine, the tip of America. This stunning coastal drive will bring you some great views and classic New England villages. Finally arriving in Maine, you’ll have the chance to try some of their most popular export: Lobster. Yum.

Day 6: Old Orchard Beach, Maine to Hampton Beach, New Hampshire

Back down the coast to popular beachside resort town of Hampton Beach, this is the last opportunity to enjoy a day at the beach before we finish our tour tomorrow.

Day 7: Boston, Massachusetts

Onward to Boston, historic home of the Liberty Bell, Fenway Park, Harvard University, Good Will Hunting and much more.

Day 8: Boston

All good things must come to an end. Today you say goodbye to your friends and tour manager and prepare for your next adventure. If you’d like to make your way back to New York, we’d be happy to arrange for a return train ticket — just let us know in the comments field of your booking request.

What is Turtle Rabbit Travel?

We’re offering USA road trips by RV for the solo travellers and groups. RVs are amazing, versatile vehicles that have tons of room, sleep 7 people, and even have a bathroom and kitchen on board. Our friendly driver-guides help make sure you have an amazing time without having to worry about driving.

What is an RV?

RV stands for Recreational Vehicle. These are 10-metre hostels on wheels that provide a comfortable place to watch the countryside roll by. At night the RV converts into stylish sleeping quarters featuring 3 double beds and 1 single bed.

Turtle Rabbit Travel is committed to introducing new and innovative travel concepts to the market. Our flagship RV trip lets you explore the U.S. from a completely new perspective — on board an RV. Solo travelers or groups can book a spot in our RV fleet. Each RV comes with its very own driver-guide, so you get to enjoy the road trip and sights without needing to learn how to navigate a big rig or deal with the daily maintenance.

Our RVs provide ample space for up to 7 travellers. The RV converts to a sleeping space at night that holds 3 double beds and a single bed. During the daytime, the beds fold away, providing plenty of space to relax, cook and chat with your RV mates.
